Schebania Cherilus, SHRM-SCP, is the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Cherilus Group, a human resources and operations consulting firm dedicated to helping professionals, organizations, and entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of work, leadership, and business growth.

Throughout her career, Schebania has developed extensive expertise in employee relations, performance management, leadership development, management coaching, organizational infrastructure, and HR strategy. She understands that workplace decisions can have lasting consequences - and that many professionals and business owners are expected to make those decisions without the guidance, systems, or resources they need.

That understanding led Schebania to establish The Cherilus Group in 2019 with a clear purpose: to make practical, high-quality HR expertise more accessible.

Through The Cherilus Group, Schebania helps professionals understand workplace processes, advocate for themselves effectively, navigate career decisions, and pursue professional growth with greater confidence. She partners with organizations to strengthen management practices, develop capable leaders, improve employee-relations processes, and address critical HR needs. A graduate of Simmons University, Schebania holds the prestigious SHRM-SCP credential, demonstrating advanced knowledge and leadership in the human resources profession. She has been actively involved with leading professional organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management, the Northeast Human Resources Association, Black in HR, and the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources.
